In this role you will be part of the Delivery Team supporting Solutions. You will be working with Infrastructure Advisory's Strategic Asset Management Solution to deliver a wide range of projects and solutions, including asset management plans, gap assessments, asset management strategies, investment plans, risk and resilience assessments, and maintenance strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and manage technical work for the following type of projects: Asset management assessments (including ISO 55001) and development of Strategic Asset Management PlansAsset management program development and implementationAsset investment planning, business case evaluation and capital prioritizationAsset management plan developmentRisk and resilience assessmentsServe as the project manager or technical lead on asset management projects locally and nationally.Orchestrate tasks, manage resources, and monitor schedule and budget.Provide asset management technical subject matter expertise on projects, apply asset management best practices and recommend solutions to clients.Perform data analysis and calculations, and develop technical reports.Lead client meetings and workshops, develop presentations and communicate effectively with clientsSupport business development activities, and lead development of scopes, schedules and budgetsManagement ResponsibilitiesIndividual ContributorActs as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team.

The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferredIAM Certificate in Asset ManagementExperience in the Texas water/wastewater industryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.CertificationsIAM Certificate in Asset ManagementWork Environment/Physical DemandsBandV Office Environment or Client Site - Travel up to 100%Typical Office Environment: Sitting, Standing, computer usage for extended periods of time.
