Leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs, the full-time remote Consulting Manager, Change Management will drive the successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies while partnering with program leaders and client stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills
