This role plays a lead role in the Finance / Treasury COO function, embedding Treasury considerations into the change lifecycle, owning the delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives while strengthening governance practices and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The position is suited for an experienced professional who can independently manage multiple priorities, apply analytical rigor, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & ControlDrive proactive Treasury and Finance engagement in enterprise change, partnering across IT, Operations, and Risk to embed Treasury perspectives early, influence decisions, and mitigate downstream impacts while aligning to funding, liquidity, and regulatory requirements.Drive adherence to risk, control, and governance practices, identifying opportunities for enhancementOwn tracking and resolution of audit actions and regulatory deliverablesLead development and standardization of process documentation and reporting artifactsStrategic Execution & Program LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Treasury/Finance partnering with IT, Operations, Risk/Compliance and other related groups including shaping approach and defining success measuresStructure workstreams and execution plans, ensuring alignment to priorities, timelines, and dependenciesEstablish and maintain program tracking, roadmaps, and governance routinesProactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies in partnership with stakeholdersDelivery & OwnershipExecute with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions and trade-offs aligned to business prioritiesManage competing demands with clear prioritization and focus on timely, high-quality outcomesTake accountability for end results, driving resolution of complex issues and removing execution barriersAnalysis & Decision SupportLead structured, multi-dimensional analyses to support strategic and operational decision-makingTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop reporting frameworks across cost, performance, and operational metricsIdentify trends and drive improvements in data quality and analytical processesChallenge assumptions and shape decision-making through data-driven insightsStakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain effective partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Risk, IT, and OperationsDrive alignment on objectives, approach, and outcomes across stakeholdersLead communication and change efforts to support initiative executionPrepare and present materials that inform and enable discussion in governance forums and senior stakeholder settingsQualifications10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or Finance / Treasury environmentsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize and oversee complex workstreams, and deliver in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functionsDemonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgmentPreferred experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Markets, or Finance COO functionsPreferred exposure to regulatory, control, or transformation initiativesPreferred familiarity with data governance, controls, or audit processesCore CompetenciesExecution & PrioritizationAnalytical RigorOwnership & AccountabilityProblem SolvingStakeholder ManagementVerbal & Written CommunicationWhy JoinOpportunity to contribute to high-impact Finance and Treasury initiatives, working across functions to support execution, governance, and transformation priorities.Working Model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
