Consultant Services Manager

Supporting daily operations for remote and onsite consultants, the full-time Consultant Services Manager will provide leadership, manage hiring and onboarding processes, and create performance metrics to enhance team effectiveness in Pittsburgh, PA. Key responsibilities Provide front line leadership and support to the consulting team while demonstrating core company values Support the hiring and onboarding of new staff, fostering career development and training opportunities Create and analyze performance metrics and dashboards to present critical data to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives Required qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting at the executive level Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Microsoft PowerBI Demonstrated ability to create and modify processes effectively Proven resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills
