Our teams partner with clients to shape strategy, redesign operating models, enable organizational change, improve customer experiences, and accelerate business transformation. We work at the intersection of strategy, execution, data, technology, and adoption ensuring that recommendations translate into measurable business value and sustainable impact.

Role Summary

As a Consultant, you will own a module end-to-end—diagnose current state, design future state, and drive adoption plans across operating model and change tracks. You will facilitate workshops, connect insights to business outcomes, and raise the quality bar for Analysts and Associates.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Delivery

  • Frame problems, hypotheses, and workplans for your module; apply 80/20 and manage risks.
  • Lead workshops to converge on design decisions (process, governance, roles, KPIs).
  • Build value cases, benefits maps, and adoption metrics; align to OKRs and operating reviews.
  • Develop rollout plans (pilots, sequencing, hyper care) and coordinate with PMO/change.
  • Create executive-ready narratives that connect design choices to measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and apprenticeship moments to Analysts/Associates.
  • Institute quality routines (design reviews, story checks, exhibit standards) and uphold version discipline.
  • Model effective client interactions and negotiation at the working tier.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Translate business design into technical implications with product/tech leads (requirements, data, integrations).
  • Partner with BU delivery to ensure landing of solutions (handover packs, SOPs, metrics).
  • Surface interdependencies to the PMO; manage upstream/downstream impacts.

Capability Building

  • Package mini-playbooks, templates, and calculators for recurring transformation archetypes.
  • Contribute case examples and proofs to pursuits and knowledge bases.

Your experience:

  • Extensive experience (4+ years) from working in top-tier management consulting firm(s) with demonstrable credentials running large-scale commercial transformation programs for life science companies
  • Excellent business acumen in navigating complex client-side stakeholder communities, change management, and client impact orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of the life science industry, having worked with senior global stakeholders within different verticals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the coaching and career management of more junior consultants
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding client relationships
  • Demonstrated account management capabilities, including account planning, financial management, and budgeting
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • You will be based in our US office and may visit clients around the world. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
