Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist – Arabic Speaker (Relocation to Dubai)

A renowned hospital in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist (Arabic-speaking) to join its multidisciplinary women’s health service.

The role offers the opportunity to practice at a consultant level in a highly advanced, patient‑centred environment with state‑of‑the‑art facilities, strong nursing and midwifery support, and a diverse international patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultant-level care in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. Manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies in collaboration with neonatology, anaesthetics, and the maternal–fetal medicine team.
• Perform elective and emergency gynaecological procedures according to the scope of practice.
• Conduct outpatient clinics, ultrasound reviews (if accredited), and follow‑up consultations.
• Participate in on‑call and emergency obstetric cover as per the rota.
• Maintain clear, culturally sensitive communication with patients and families, particularly Arabic‑speaking patients.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality care. Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, ethical, and hospital policies.
• Board‑certified / Specialist registered Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist.
• Eligibility for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Consultant licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ post‑specialist / consultant‑level experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong experience in both obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.

• Salary range 70 - 85K AED Monthly.
• Once 3 times salary hit, they are eligible for commission 5 - 10%.
