Consultant (m/f) logistics with focus on supply chain planning for Greenville

Your tasks

The work will focus primarily on:

• Investigating supply methods including (but not limited to) transportation, packaging, source of supply, and material flow for new or existing suppliers.
• Developing, maintaining, and reviewing concepts with suppliers, customers, and other departments from Plant Spartanburg.
• Aligning with cross-functional project teams.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative evaluations, considering impacts on logistics costs and structure.
• Initiating and implementing process improvements through innovative ideas.
• Developing, maintaining, and reviewing concepts with suppliers, customers, and other BMW departments.

Your profile

• A technical or business degree, along with experience in automotive logistics and factory planning.
• In-depth experience with analysis and optimization of supply chains.
• Project management experience.
• Good command of English.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to undertake national and international business trips.
