As a Consultant , you'll play a crucial role in identifying and addressing project risks, adding significant value to projects nationwide. Regular communication, document reviews, and on-site assessments will be key to understanding and mitigating risks related to project cost, time, quality, and conformance. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough document and cost reviews for commercial construction projects.
• Perform site inspections and compile detailed monthly reports on project progress.
• Conduct property physical needs assessments to identify and address potential issues.
• Generate reports on depreciated and insurable values for accurate financial assessments.
• Provide expert cost consulting to optimize project budgeting and financial planning.
• You will be traveling once per month, typically 3-4 days of site visits at a time.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant accreditations.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
