Responsibilities
- Assist skilled team members on residential construction projects
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
- Load and unload materials while helping maintain an efficient workflow on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
- Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and outdoor work in varying conditions
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, and take pride in quality work
- Strong reliability and work ethic; showing up on time every day matters
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel to job sites
- Must have own tape measure
- Full Time
- Pay Rate is $15-$25 per hour based on experience and skill level
- 1st Shift: Daytime hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
- Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
- Temp-To-Hire
