Construction Technology ManagerThe Construction Technology Manager leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of construction technology across large-scale industrial projects. This role bridges field operations and digital solutions, ensuring efficient workflows, seamless data flow, and data-driven decision-making from preconstruction through closeout.Construction Technology Manager Key AccountabilitiesTechnology Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute technology strategies to improve project delivery, safety, quality, and cost controlSoftware Management & Integration:Serve as system administrator and SME for platforms such as Procore, Rhumbix, and Bridgit BenchManage configurations, user access, and project templatesIntegrate preconstruction tools (estimating, scheduling, BIM) with operational systemsPartner with IT and field teams to align technology solutionsProcess Improvement: Streamline workflows (RFIs, submittals, daily logs, safety, time tracking) through technology and SOPsData & Analytics:Ensure data accuracy and integrityDeliver reporting and insights on project performance, budgets, and risksTraining & Support: Lead onboarding and ongoing training to drive integration across teams and job sitesField Technology: Evaluate and deploy emerging tools (drones, IoT, surveying tech) to enhance productivityVendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (operations, engineering, safety) to implement solutionsCompliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMCConstruction Technology Manager Core Competencies and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)CCM or PMP certification preferred5–7+ years in construction, preferably heavy commercial or industrialExperience in technology, operations, or project management rolesProven success implementing and training on software across multiple teams/sitesAdvanced proficiency in Procore (Admin certification preferred)Strong knowledge of Rhumbix, Bridgit Bench, and preconstruction toolsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project)Familiarity with APIs and automation (e.g., Python) is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementAbility to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesAnalytical, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWork EnvironmentThis role includes both office work and regular visits to active industrial job sites.
