Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Construction Technician.
Construction Technician Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 AM
Pay Rate : $20.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Location : Monroe, OH
Construction Technician Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of general construction experience preferred
  • Experience in residential, commercial, remodeling, or similar construction trades
  • Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to accurately measure and build from construction plans
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship
About the Construction Technician Role
As a Construction Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Perform wood and metal framing
  • Install plywood, OSB, drywall, and other sheathing materials
  • Complete basic electrical work, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting
  • Perform painting and finishing work
  • Install insulation, flooring, windows, and doors
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with fabrication and custom container projects
  • Support additional construction and fabrication tasks as assigned
