You will perform trial runs of any machinery (HVAC systems) to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications. Deliver exceptional customer experiences.What You'll DoPerforms troubleshooting, maintenance service, repairs and construction in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical in the field; generally in the company of a service technicianAlongside a qualified service technician, performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systemsResponsible for the safety, quality and productivity of themselves at all customer locationsResponsible for positive interface with the customer and ensuring the company's reputation is improved with every customer contactPerform other duties as assignedMust HavesAbility to safely perform all tasks and understand Company's safety policies and proceduresDeliver a high quality output consistent with the Company's construction standardsAble to follow spoken and written instructionsAble to work outside in variable weather conditionsAbility to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelinesPrior experience in construction or related work requiredPrior experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other specialties preferredValid driver's licenseAbility to communicate with Customer's regarding work status and service concerns; fluency in spoken Spanish is a plusSpecial ConsiderationsLocal travel daily and occasional overnight staysMay be required to travel extended distances to customer sitesPosition requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the dayMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objectsAble to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activitiesFlexibility & Evolving ResponsibilitiesThis job posting is intended to convey the general nature and level of work expected in the role.
