* Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.

* Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* OSHA certification and other relevant licenses preferred.
