What You’ll Do:
- Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout
- Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($20M+)
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
- Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects ($20M+)
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Willingness to travel within the DMV as project demands require
