We’re working with a leading General Contractor looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team in Phoenix. This is a field-focused opportunity with a strong project pipeline and long-term growth potential.
Compensation & Perks:

What they’re looking for:
- Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Strong ground-up construction experience
- Experience leading subcontractors and day-to-day field operations
- Background in mission critical, data center, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or other complex construction is a plus
- Strong field leadership and communication skills
