Title: Superintendent
Location: Greenwood, IN
- If candidate is not local, 3 weeks on/1 week off travel
Salary: $140,000
Per Diem: $120 per day

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining a safe jobsite. Serves as the primary field representative for this construction company, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and project management teams to drive productivity, quality, and successful project execution. Utilizes construction management software to track project activities, expenses, communications, and site progress.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- 4+ years of commercial hospital/healthcare construction experience
- Experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry xhqgsiq
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and daily jobsite operations
- Proven experience enforcing jobsite safety standards
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and owners
- Computer proficiency (email, project software, expense reporting, photos, time entry, site management)
