Job Details

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up retail and industrial construction projects
• Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, delays, and constructability issues
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets and project milestones
• Manage inspections, permits, and jurisdictional requirements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentationReview RFIs, submittals, and change orders impacting field operations
• Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations
