Family-run commercial general contractor in Charleston who specialize in interior renovation projects across the medical, university, retail, restaurant, and light industrial sectors. These projects are all based in the Charleston metropolitan area. Typical projects fall in the $500K - $3 million range, and they have a significant backlog of work right now, which is why they are looking to hire.
Responsibilities include day-to-day field management, site safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and delivering projects on time and to a high standard. xhqgsiq
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$130,000 base salary

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor.
- Experience working on commercial interior construction projects
- Team player and motivated to progress with the company as they grow
