They are currently looking for an Superintendent for a 13-story, 180,000sf multi-family development in Brooklyn.
They are looking for someone with around 10+ years' experience and, ideally, experience working on ground-up multi-family residential projects. A DOB License would be strongly preferred.
This will be a close-knit, efficient project team, so they are looking for collaborative team players who aren’t afraid to chip in elsewhere to support the workload.
With three additional projects starting this year, they are a stable and growing GC/CM who can also offer a generous bonus structure for the right individual.
