Construction Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) - ConstructionThis service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill T&M - Time and Materials requirements.Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of assigned subcontracts and conducting daily field surveillance of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the contract, safety, quality, environmental and technical requirements.

The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.Requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Construction Subcontract Technical Representative working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy)Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction and at least 5 years of practical experience in construction orAssociate's degree in engineering or construction-related field and 5-10 years of practical experience in construction orHigh school diploma and 10+ years of practical experience in construction engineering or related area Working knowledge of subcontract formation and management with at least 2 years of practical experienceKnowledge and understanding of DOE/federal contracting requirements (FAR, DEAR, etc.)Working knowledge of construction safety requirements (OSHA 1926)Experience in the development and analysis of construction schedules and estimatesPrevious experience with generating work execution plans (preferably utilizing the Asset Suite work control system)Previous experience with generating job hazards analysis (preferably using the Assisted Hazard Analysis program)Excellent oral and written communications skillsPrevious related experience at SRS would be a plus A 40-hour workweek is scheduled.
