The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a large‑scale, high‑profile Life Sciences project locally while helping to drive long‑term sector growth. This is a high‑impact opportunity with a clear path toward leadership within the Life Sciences division.
Current Project Assignment
- Immediate involvement in a $140M+ Life Sciences project with a repeat client in the Lancaster, PA region.
- Opportunity to take on a visible leadership role on a flagship project while helping shape future pursuits in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Life Sciences construction projects.
- Serve as the primary client interface, building and maintaining long‑term relationships.
- Leverage existing industry connections to support business development and secure new opportunities.
- Oversee project financials, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and develop project management staff.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Life Sciences sector.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or highly technical facilities.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects ($50M+ preferred).
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
- Existing network within the Life Sciences or advanced manufacturing sectors strongly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities.
