Job TitleCross-Functional position responsible for ensuring accurate data in Prosperity Bank and Third-Party Systems, as it relates to Construction Advances.Essential Functions and Basic DutiesWork varied reports pulled from bank systems and third-party sources to ensure the daily advance process is monitored appropriatelyReview and upload construction documentation to a third-party systemResponsible for ordering inspections for construction advancesReview, reconcile and research construction advance requestsResponds to internal and external queries via team inboxes regarding status of BUILT system activations and pending advance requestsMonitor incoming inspection invoices for reporting purposesPerform other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.Follows all compliance policies and proceduresQualificationsEducation/Certification: High School Diploma or GEDRequired Knowledge: 3 + years Mortgage, Commercial/Consumer and Business loan servicing and/or construction advance experience preferred Thorough knowledge of all applicable Bank mainframe systems. Strong knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing softwareExperience Required: Consumer/Commercial and Business Loan Servicing.
