This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications
- Verify line, grade, materials, and workmanship through field measurements
- Document progress through daily reports and records using digital tools
- Support coordination between contractors, engineers, and municipal officials
- Maintain field safety and assist in on-site problem solving
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform basic math
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Experience in a related field is an asset
