From day one, you’ll inherit:

• Average fees of $20,000–$30,000
• A market where speed-to-hire is critical (Friday sign, Monday start)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Identify and attract high-caliber construction professionals across the NYC/Tri-State market
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with contractors, developers and engineering firms
• Work live permanent mandates across Project Management, Site and Estimating functions
• Develop business opportunities and contribute to desk growth
• Move roles quickly in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
• Progress toward full 360 client ownership (if not already operating at that level)

You’ll bring:

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (construction strongly preferred)
• Ideally at least 1 year exposure to U.S. construction recruitment
• Confidence operating in a high-activity environment
• A resilient, high-energy personality with a genuine hustler mentality
• The ability to think on your feet and work independently without heavy management
