Associate Attorney - Construction, Real Estate & Civil Litigation
A successful, AV-rated law firm in Napa, CA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, real estate, and general civil litigation. Candidates with an interest or background in estate planning and family law are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to take on meaningful responsibilities from day one.
Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 3 + years of litigation experience
• Trial or arbitration experience

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle court appearances and litigation matters
• Assist with trial preparation
• Manage client communications and case strategy
• Work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of legal matters

• Active admission to the California State Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned matters
