Job Description
A well-established, AV-rated law firm in Napa, California is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction litigation, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation. Attorneys with an interest or experience in estate planning or family law are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide legal counsel.
• Perform legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or general civil litigation preferred.
• Interest or experience in estate planning or family law is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
