Construction Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor

Well-established, award-winning general contractor looking for a Project Manager for their Winchester, VA office. This is a stable, growing company with a strong reputation in the Mid-Atlantic, a steady pipeline of work, and a culture that values long-term employees.
As Project Manager, you'll own projects from preconstruction through closeout, working across sectors like healthcare, commercial, education and industrial.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects (ranging over $50M) from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and quality
- Partner closely with superintendents on schedule, sequencing, and site coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience delivering ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent field experience
