Dobco is a New Jersey-based General Contractor with 35+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial, institutional, educational, and government projects throughout the state. Our projects range from $40M to $250M+.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from ground-up through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from ground-up through closeout, including schedule, budget, contracts, and overall execution
- Work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyout, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall performance
- Lead project meetings and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and moving forward
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience managing commercial, institutional, educational, or government projects
- Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Procore experience preferred
