Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major capital construction projects, including research laboratories, infrastructure, and facility expansions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee design teams, construction managers, contractors, and consultants.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project controls, financial reporting, change orders, and construction compliance.
- Mentor team members and drive successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of project management experience and a minimum of $100 million in completed construction projects.
- Experience with major research facilities, greenfield construction, or large-scale capital projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure systems.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction required; Master's preferred.
