Construction Project Manager / Superintendent
$110,000 - $130,000 + OTE $150k + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Per Diem ($125/day) + Progression

Are you a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent or Site Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects and grow into senior leadership within a close-knit, family-feel business?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering foundation drilling and electrical / building work, where you will be trusted to run site activity day to day and be a key point of contact for customers and partners.
As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced leader who can drive safe delivery, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and keep projects on track from planning through completion.
In this role you will manage budgets and cashflow, oversee scheduling, inspections and deliveries, and solve field issues in real time while traveling to projects across Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia and Kentucky. You'll work a 4x10 schedule and be supported with per diem and a company vehicle.
This role would suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, wants long-term progression, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work for clients.
The Role:
- Lead day-to-day site construction activities across foundation drilling and electrical / substation projects
- Manage crews and subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, deliveries, and on-site productivity
- Track project budgets, cashflow, and progress updates with customers
- Regional travel to project sites across OH / WV / VA / KY on a 4x10 schedule
The Person:
- Construction project leadership experience (Project Manager / Superintendent / Site Manager), ideally 5+ years
- Background in construction and/or electrical projects (foundation drilling and/or substation work highly preferred)
- Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills
