Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer

Whether you're an experienced Project Manager looking for more challenging work or a strong Project Engineer ready to advance into project management, we'd like to hear from you. Our client delivers commercial, industrial, and technically demanding construction projects, including advanced manufacturing facilities, laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, and other specialized environments.

You do not need prior cleanroom or pharmaceutical construction experience to be considered. Strong commercial and industrial construction experience is highly valued.

Coordinate and manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Manage or support project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, procurement, and field activities. Resolve project challenges and help keep construction schedules on track. Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall progress. Take increasing responsibility for project execution and client relationships.

Experience in commercial, industrial, or specialty construction. Project Engineers with approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience. Senior Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers ready for additional responsibility. Experienced Construction Project Managers with a record of successful project execution. Knowledge of construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred. Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred. Experience in advanced manufacturing, laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, or other specialized construction is a plus, not a requirement.
