We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and lead self-perform concrete operations on one of the most unique and technically demanding projects in our region.  The initial assignment will be to support a roughly $20M project that involves a self-perform concrete scope.  This project features complex vertical concrete construction using specialized forming systems that require detailed planning, consistent communication, and tight coordination.This role is perfect for a proven construction professional who values being close to the work and close to the people doing it. You will partner closely with experienced superintendents and field crews on a large-scale vertical concrete project, helping remove obstacles, maintain momentum, and ensure the work is executed safely, predictably, and with pride.Success in this role is driven by presence, partnership, and problem-solving—not distance.
