Construction Project Manager

Heavy Civil Construction

Looking for Construction Project Manager experience managing heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project execution. Experience in heavy civil construction is strongly preferred.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent construction experience)
• 4–6 years of project management experience in construction or heavy civil environments
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits

Technically, this candidate should be proficient in:

• Construction project scheduling and coordination
• Budget management and project cost control
• Construction documentation management
• Contract administration
• Procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Change order management
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob (preferred)
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
