Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. The position oversees project safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers while managing relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are effectively controlled and executed while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
