Project Manager, Commercial Construction (Raleigh, NC), $95K to $120K + Bonus
I’m recruiting a Project Manager for an employee-owned commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Triangle.
They’re growing their Raleigh team and want a PM who can run projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, subcontractors and the client relationship.
Compensation
- $95,000 to $120,000 base, depending on experience
- Annual bonus
- Stock ownership through the company ESOP

What they’re looking for
- 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager or Assistant PM with a commercial GC
- Experience on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or hospitality projects
- Strong with budgets, buyout, change orders and schedules
- Comfortable running OAC meetings and managing trade partners
- Procore and MS Project experience preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred
