We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with mitigation/restoration and construction experience to manage property damage projects involving water, fire, wind, mold, and other losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from emergency response through mitigation and restoration.
- Conduct site inspections, assess damage, document findings, and develop project scopes.
- Coordinate property owners, tenants, insurers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, documentation, and quality.
- Handle customer communication with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify environmental hazards and project risks.
- Respond to emergency/on-call situations, including evenings and weekends.
- Troubleshoot construction, restoration, and installation issues.
Must Have
- 5+ years of industry/trades experience
- Mitigation/restoration experience
- Construction Project Management experience
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on active/damaged job sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate uneven/debris-filled sites
- No felony convictions on background check
Preferred
- Xactimate, PSA, Matterport, Encircle, Moisture Mapper experience
- IICRC, OSHA, WI DHS or related industry certifications
- Trades/construction experience
- Associate degree
