We are partnering with a national general contractor who is a specialist in large-scale retail projects to hire a Construction Project Manager in New Jersey.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the site and project management teams with day-to-day construction activities
- Manage and maintain plans, submittals, RFIs, and other project information in Procore
- Work closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep information current and construction activities moving forward
- Participate in project meetings, training, site coverage, and other team responsibilities as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field, with approximately three or more years of relevant experience
- Experience reading construction documents and supporting field coordination, project documentation, or related technical work
- Proficiency in Procore
- Availability to work on site in the New Jersey Metro area
