Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work orders from request to completion, including vendor selection, bid management, and final payment.
- Communicate effectively with contacts, vendors, and team members to define repair scopes.
- Oversee contractor scheduling, negotiations, and project completion with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and maintain organized, accurate records.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in project management, maintenance, or construction-related fields.
- Knowledge of construction, repairs, and building systems. xhqgsiq
- Experience in scope development, contracting, and negotiations.
- Experience with the following skills is preferred: plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, roofing, and asbestos
