- 1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+
- Experience in one or more of the following: commerical, k-12, higher education, healthcare, industrial,
- Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
