POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager who enjoys leading multifamily projects, coordinating project teams, and delivering successful results from preconstruction through completion?

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects throughout South Florida.

This opportunity is with an established Developer/Builder with nearly 30 years of experience developing and constructing multifamily communities, including garden-style, townhome, mid-rise, and high-rise projects.

The right individual understands how to bring development, design, construction, and field teams together while maintaining accountability for project budgets, schedules, quality, and successful delivery.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, permitting, project documentation, and closeout.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication between development, construction, and field teams.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, cost, and construction challenges.
• Work closely with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and project schedules.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to company standards.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven success as a Construction Project Management experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Developer/Builder.
• Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, townhome, affordable, workforce, and/or market-rate multifamily communities.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project financial management.
• Experience coordinating construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities, anticipate challenges, and maintain accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• South Florida construction experience preferred.
