Construction Project Manager (Full-time)

Retail construction experience is a big plus. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace and unique challenges of retail environments and can confidently manage projects from kickoff through completion.

N-Store Services is a national general contractor providing a variety of industries, primarily retailers, multi-site solutions for their construction and maintenance needs. Our services include remodels, tenant improvements, refreshes, retail channel installations, programmatic maintenance, and store fixture installations.

Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction.

Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.

Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.

Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications

Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.

This is a hybrid Project Manager position requiring ability to commute to our office in Chesterfield, MO as needed, as well as occasional national travel to support job sites and foster client relationships.

Minimum of 3 years project management experience and 5 years experience in the construction industry

Superb organizational skills with demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects

Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills

Highly proficient computer skills
