About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing Cincinnati-based commercial general contractor looking to add a Project Manager to its team.

This is an opportunity to join a smaller, entrepreneurial organization in an exciting stage of growth. The company has established a strong base of repeat clients, including several highly reputable organizations throughout the Cincinnati market, and has a targeted five-year growth plan in place.

Their work is primarily focused on commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and interior buildouts throughout Greater Cincinnati. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction and turnover through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Help maintain the high level of service that has driven a strong base of repeat clients
• Take on increasing responsibility as the company continues to grow

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with a General Contractor
• Experience managing or supporting commercial renovation, tenant improvement, interiors, or similar projects
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including cost, schedule, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants the opportunity to grow alongside the company
