Salary
Base pay range: $95,000.00/hr - $125,000.00/hr – actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop & define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
- Estimate project costs and selling price
- Develop and manage the project budget
- Develop and manage the schedule
- Coordinate all purchasing
- Manage permits and regulatory requirements
- Manage jobsite communication and safety
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
- Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
- Deliver the project on time and on budget
Requirements
- Eight to ten years of demonstrated project management experience in high‑end residential construction
- Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation
- Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors and leadership skills to meet exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction while bringing projects in on time and at budget.
