Project EngineerJoseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. As a member of the Project Management department, this individual will report directly to a Project Executive.
Voted "Best Place to Work" for the past 7 years in a row, JJA is a dynamic, fun environment with significant career opportunities to further grow and develop professionally.Essential Functions Of The Position:Coordinates project activities and tracks materialsOversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and SuperintendentUpdates project schedules and assists with job meetingsReviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract filesDrafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change ordersEnsures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processingSubmits subcontractor invoices and requests for paymentNote: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work.
