Project Engineer – Construction
Location: Travel / Project-Based
Experience: 1+ years of construction project engineering experience
We are seeking a Project Engineer with 1+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects. This is a traveling, full-time job-site position, with the individual working directly from the project site throughout the duration of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Track project progress, materials, and documentation
- Attend project meetings and assist with maintaining project schedules
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Project Engineer experience within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred
Willingness and ability to travel and work full-time on active construction job sites
