Civil Engineering, B.S. Construction Management, Architecture or similar 4 year degree.Some experience in Building Construction.Adequate knowledge of construction cost and estimating, construction scheduling, and engineering principles and techniquesProficiency using Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using Procore preferredSome knowledge of various design and construction means, methods and materials, their characteristics, and installation proceduresDemonstrate management know-how, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and understand KPRS policies and procedures.Develop client relationships to attract new clients and to keep existing clients at KPRS.Effective communication skills
