Construction Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to support its leadership team with daily operations, material coordination, and project tracking. This is a key role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play an integral part in field and office collaboration. Ideal for a recent Construction Management graduate or a detail-oriented coordinator with construction experience.Main Responsibilities:Support the VP of Construction and Director of Field Installation with day-to-day coordinationPerform structural steel stud and equipment takeoffsManage ordering and tracking of materials, tools, and construction suppliesAssist with project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining timelinesCommunicate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project flowMaintain and organize project documentation, change orders, and status updatesPrepare reports and assist with budget tracking as directedMonitor project milestones and flag issues or delays for resolutionProvide responsive administrative and logistical support across multiple job sitesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant experience will be consideredStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator who can collaborate effectively with field and leadership teamsComfortable handling material estimates and construction documentationDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and follow through without close supervisionProficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plusEOE Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer.
