In this position you will be responsible for:Answering incoming callsProcessing incoming mail, emails and faxesData entryFiling and other basic clerical duties.Project coordinatorProcess permit applicationsMaintain client foldersWork with Project Manager in sending out bid requests, meeting notices, delay notices, following up on bids and keeping track of submittalsSome knowledge of insurance - will request insurance certificates for projects and maintain up to date liability insurance certificates from SubsEmail campaignsBookkeepingSkills: To qualify for this position, you must have:At least 3 year of experience in an construction office environment.Experience working in Google drive, and google drive programsStrong communication skills.The ability to type 30+ words per minute.Bilingual (English & Spanish)QuickbooksProcess building experienceDetail orientedComputer literateAble to multi-taskAble to juggle workload to meet deadlinesMust have a dependable vehicle and be able to work some overtime and weekends.Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 /year Required experience: Administrative Assistant: 3 years
