Job Title: Construction Manager - Data Center Construction - MEP

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities for ground-up projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards.
• Supervise civil construction activities, including site preparation, earthwork, foundations, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate underground electrical, plumbing, and other utility installations.
• Manage and coordinate MEP construction activities, including mechanical and electrical systems installation.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, field teams, and other project stakeholders to maintain construction progress.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, resolve field issues, and ensure construction milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning readiness, and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, preferably in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role or construction Manager.
• Strong experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
• Experience with underground electrical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate field activities, and drive project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and onsite execution.

Location: Onsite in South Hill, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150K-$180K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
