About The Role:
- Lead design and construction phases, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Manage external design partners, coordinate meetings, and drive issue resolution.
- Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and quality control.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Leverage digital tools and AI to increase project efficiency and innovation.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven project management skills in mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled with construction management software such as Procore and MS Office.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications like OSHA, NFPA 70E.
- Experience with digital transformation and AI tools.
- Ability to relocate within 1-3 months if needed.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (75-100%).
- Ability to obtain REAL ID by May 2025 for travel.
- Willingness to complete safety and technical training.
